Job Title: Coordinator, Parking Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, parents, visitors, and vendors.
  • Issue parking permits and maintain accurate permit records.
  • Accept and process parking ticket payments efficiently.
  • Handle parking appeals and communicate decisions professionally.
  • Provide fill-in support for departmental operations.
  • Perform related administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain positive relationships with diverse campus community members.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One to three years of related work experience.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and database management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with diverse populations.
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information:

  • The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
  • This position is considered Essential Services Staff; Essential Services Staff are required to report to campus and remain during inclement weather and other emergency situations.
  • Overtime hours may be required.
  • Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position.
