About This Role
The LATAM Content Manager will focus primarily on developing the creative plan for different AH brands. This involves collaborating with E2E & Brand Leads to define opportunities for disruptive creative narratives, and together building a plan to translate those opportunities into actions.
This role requires driving integration between shopper & content creative thinking to deliver a seamless brand experience. You will also be responsible for defining the content plan and development cross marketing sub-functions (including but not limited to Design, Connections, Consumer & Shopper Engagement, Digital, Media). Additionally, you will align key stakeholders to IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) strategy; lead agency relationships and identify innovative ways to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
You will craft the storytelling of the campaigns, ensuring consistency through various forms of content amplified at multiple connection points. Developing exciting Core Creative Ideas for Regional Brands (as Lead) and local brands is another key responsibility of this role. Leading execution plans to craft expressions of the Core Creative Idea, that are in consistence with the Brand Essence and Architecture is also required.
This position will also involve relentlessly challenging for more innovative brand experiences. Working with Human Insights Team to translate the killer insights into most powerful content & activation expressions is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Communication and creative experience (+5 years)
- Great consumer understanding and cultural trends
- Experience on shopper, content & production creative development
- Ability to decode IMX strategy and execution plans
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Agency Creative or Planning Experience is a plus
Location
This role is open to candidates who are flexible within Latin America countries. While relocation is not approved for this role, we encourage candidates to consider their own relocation options.
