Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance;
  • Analyze and resolve project-related issues and risks in a proactive and timely manner;
  • Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • Professional knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and other network equipment, as well as technical specifications and network planning principles;
  • At least 3 years of experience in related fields, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for project management and continuous improvement.
