Job Title: Principal AI Research Specialist

This is a senior-level research position that requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a strong background in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

The principal researcher will lead the center in advancing cutting-edge research in AI/ML, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with relevant regulations.

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with strong background in AI/ML.
  • Proven experience in research management and collaboration with defense agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, engaging effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of research experience after receiving doctoral degree.
  • Extensive experience in AI/ML research, preferably in defense or related sectors.
