We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Creative Visionary. This key role will involve building and evolving scalable design systems and templates that drive business results through creative and effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate existing design assets to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency, leveraging expertise in digital design, conversion-focused layouts, and storytelling to inform decisions.
  • Develop strategies for staying on top of industry trends, ensuring our brand remains fresh and relevant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Designer ideally within a DTC, eCommerce, or performance-focused marketing team, with a strong understanding of hierarchy, spacing, typography, and UX principles.
  • Mastery of Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and responsive design principles, is essential.
  • A deep understanding of visual storytelling and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams are also required.

This role requires a collaborative leader who can motivate and inspire our design team to produce innovative and impactful designs that drive business outcomes.
