Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain functions, including import and export regulations, process documentation, and administrative maintenance. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be proactive in carrying out activities, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure compliance with local import and export regulations applicable to Clinical Research related to drugs, vaccines, health products, laboratory kits, electronic equipment, and auxiliary materials.
  • To prepare and send process documents to regulatory bodies, freight forwarders, and customers.
  • To gather documents and initial data for studies/projects before they start in the country.
  • To review invoices, bill of lading, and approval of studies among other BPC documents.
  • To lead administrative maintenance of processes and files, opening folders, preparing forms, and documenting the information of each study.
  • To populate department and customer metrics.
  • To keep customers informed of the status of cases.
  • To notice and report deviations and/or lack of compliance in the process and documents.
  • To feed the systems of the company and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Students or graduates in health, engineering, logistics operations, and management/foreign trade areas.
  • Intermediate to fluent level of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office package, and Internet.

Preferred Qualifications: Courses of Foreign Trade, Logistics
