The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Cloud Operations team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision and roadmap for our Cloud Operations solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver the next generation of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the success, quality, cost management, and delivery of products and features from inception to launch, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and business requirements.
  • Develop and implement metrics to assess product success and performance, and present findings to technical teams with actionable strategy recommendations.
  • Responsible for product management of product initiatives and features that will shape existing and future Cloud Operations products.
  • Build a product roadmap based on the needs of our business stakeholders, incorporating ongoing analysis of best-in-class platforms.
  • Prioritize and describe the product backlog.
  • Ensure definition of high-quality specifications according to user requirements.
  • Work with your team to build, launch, implement, and support the product initiatives you own.
  • Support, communicate, and advocate for new product features.
  • Incorporate feedback and analytics into your product plans.
  • Work across product and engineering teams to facilitate the launch and release of new products and features.
  • Build meaningful and productive relationships with product team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems combining design thinking, critical decision-making, and information analysis.
  • Understanding of basic technology concepts so that discussions with technical service owners and development teams can occur.

Qualifications

  • Product management experience with cloud, enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience working with product roadmaps and driving delivery of products through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a highly collaborative agile methodology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal), good problem-solving skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience leading large, diverse, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead by example, collaborate, advocate for different viewpoints, and influence without direct authority.
  • Business English: Fluent.
