About the Role

This position is focused on driving business growth by developing and executing commercial strategies to promote products and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, a minimum of 8 years of experience in the fertilizer market, and expertise in team management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for training distributor commercial teams to ensure they have strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques. This includes monitoring and supporting distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies.

Promoting our brand and premium product lines through various channels, such as technical and promotional events, is crucial for strengthening market presence and customer loyalty. Additionally, gathering and reporting market insights from the region will support strategic planning and decision-making allocation.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and adapt new products for the local market. You will also represent the company at events to enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
