As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for creating solutions and solving tomorrow's problems today. Your role will involve supporting safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies;
  • Lead and supervise a team in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within our Fulfilment Center;
  • Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring quality and consistency;
  • Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive feedback to the operations management team;
  • Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions;
  • Drive and support network-wide Fulfilment & Operations-focused quality initiatives;
  • Manage ICQA functions and drive team performance;
  • Promote process improvements while developing your team's capabilities to keep pace with our growth, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification;
  • Strong proficiency in time management skills, coupled with confidence in analyzing and organizing large datasets;
  • Previous experience in inventory management, placement, and optimization strategies;
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL is an advantage;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
