Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality software solutions that enable our marketing team to create engaging campaigns and publish new content seamlessly. You'll also ensure that our sales prospect data capture system remains efficient as business needs evolve. Additionally, you'll work on improving the performance, accessibility, and SEO of our public site.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in Typescript and experience with web platform fundamentals. You should be curious, impact-oriented, and able to implement systems that are clear, maintainable, and correct. Familiarity with SvelteKit, Cypress, Contentful, and Netlify is a plus. You'll also need to have opinions on server-side vs. client-side rendering.
The Team You'll Work WithYou'll be part of the Marketing Web organization, which is responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing brand presence. Our team members are passionate about spreading the word about our mission and increasing access to financial education. We have a diverse range of skills and experiences, from creating TV shows in Hollywood to leading rebranding efforts.
About You- 4+ years of experience as a professional software engineer
- Production experience with Typescript
- Familiarity with web platform fundamentals
- Curious and impact-oriented
- Able to implement systems that are clear, maintainable, and correct
- Familiarity with some elements of our stack (SvelteKit, Cypress, Contentful, Netlify)
- Opinions on server-side vs. client-side rendering
