Lead Cybersecurity Risk Advisor

Overview of the Role:

The Lead Cybersecurity Risk Advisor will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies to mitigate risks associated with technology solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of security architecture, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures related to security architecture
  • Conduct thorough analysis of security requirements for technology solutions
  • Manage complex projects using project management skills and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Evaluate and recommend Information Security oriented certifications (EXIN ISFS, Security+, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Implementer and/or Lead Auditor)
  • Stay up-to-date with major Information Security frameworks (e.g. ISF, NIST CSF, SP 800-53 and derivatives, PCI-DSS, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, COBIT)
  • Perform security maturity assessments (people, process and technology) and define security controls
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to support impactful decisions
  • Act in the planning, execution and delivery of complex and challenging projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Support clients in defining, implementing, operating and evaluating the effectiveness of security controls, both technical and procedural
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support impactful decisions
  • Be a reference and Trusted Advisor to the client in the competencies of Cybersecurity, Risk and Compliance, both for on-premises world and for Cloud (Public, Private and Hybrid)
