About the Role:

We are seeking an email marketing specialist who can drive retention, engagement and sales through data-driven campaigns.

This role involves owning email and SMS strategy for a portfolio of brands, working closely with clients, creatives and performance teams to maximize every send.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email & SMS marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Design and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, etc.) to improve customer experience.
  • Create audience segments based on behavior, demographics and purchase history for targeted campaigns.
  • Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and make data-backed adjustments to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create visually appealing and effective emails.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years in email marketing with proven experience in driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You can interpret metrics and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can explain your ideas clearly to both creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: From subject lines to send times, you ensure every detail is optimized.
