Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Senior Site Manager in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing study sites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contracted scope of work.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:- Perform site monitoring visits to evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices.
- Work closely with study sites to adapt, drive, and track subject recruitment plans.
- Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites.
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred.
- Excellent command of English (written/spoken).
- Basic knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
