We're looking for a charismatic sales and marketing professional to represent our brand on an international level. As an Art Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people from around the world, including art collectors and enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will interact with cruise ship passengers to learn about their interests in art.
  • You will assist with the setup of art displays on auction days.
  • You will engage in consultative sales conversations with art collectors.
  • You will create and distribute onboard marketing materials.
  • You will conduct presentations and seminars to educate guests on fine art and art collecting.
Requirements:
  • You must be fluent in Japanese and possess basic English skills.
  • You should possess a positive attitude and enjoy meeting new people.
  • You should appreciate beauty and art.
  • You should be able to live and work on a cruise ship for up to 6 months at a time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Public speaking experience is preferred.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • An art background or education is preferred.
  • Entertainment experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
Lifestyle and Training:
  • You will work as an Independent Contractor onboard.
  • You will travel the world for free while developing sales, marketing, and business skills.
  • You will attend a 10-day training course prior to working onboard.
  • You will receive advanced training sessions yearly.
