Job Description: Financial Operations Leader

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis, with the ability to drive financial strategy and provide executive-level insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations
  • Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics
  • Sophisticated financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments
  • Profitability analysis by product line, customer segment, and business unit
