About the Role:

Fiserv is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of detailed IT solutions to our clients through consulting and project management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor small, medium, and large-sized scope and budget projects.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to ensure the successful start-up and completion of a project.
  • Develop detailed work plans and create and maintain project schedules.
  • Prepare and present weekly status reports for assigned projects.
  • Conduct project meetings to keep projects on track.
  • Manage vendor tasks and track deliverables.
  • Balance strategic vision, tactical items, and overall project work to ensure success.
  • Coordinate with other project managers and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts, and dependencies.
  • Display a strong understanding of the organization's business strategies and apply knowledge to all project activities.
  • Build relationships with all functional areas and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent project management work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a project management and/or IT consulting role.
  • Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially teamwork.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and able to handle multi-disciplinary conflicts.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Detail and big picture orientation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of banking or cards processing or payment methods.
  • Knowledge of digital wallets and scheme certifications.
  • Bilingual (Portuguese/English) able to handle fluent conversation and writing communication.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar.
