Customer Service and Sales Representative Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to grow professionally in sales and customer service. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional assistance to customers, fostering long-term business relationships, and leveraging your mechanical aptitude to resolve customer issues or complex processes.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide expert support via phone and in-person at our facility, utilizing customer service skills and talents to clarify needs, conduct research, and recommend suitable solutions. Additionally, they will meet or exceed monthly sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing quotes, taking orders, and providing post-order service. They will possess strong prioritization and multitasking skills, a sense of urgency, and pride in their verbal and written communication.

Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and driven by a desire to surpass expectations
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least six months of customer service experience
  • A desire to increase knowledge in industrial distribution products
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
