We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support our operations in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, collaborating across departments to maintain relationships with authorities, and supporting regulatory audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure our operations comply with laws and regulations in Brazil.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate with regulators and maintain relations with supervisory authorities.
  • Support various regulatory and statutory audits.
  • Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely submission of legal and regulatory returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Law or equivalent degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Solid experience as a Regulatory Officer, Legal Advisor, or similar position.
  • Experience with Brazilian regulations (Bacen).
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Experience in an international company, financial institution, e-commerce, or law firm is a plus.
