Senior Financial Architect

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Financial Architect to lead our finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge financial systems that drive business growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in implementing financial systems and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be responsible for leading a team of financial professionals and working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Financial Systems: Develop and implement financial systems and processes that drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Lead Financial Team: Lead a team of financial professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Develop Financial Strategies: Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPA or MBA: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required.
  • 10+ Years Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in implementing financial systems and processes.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Other Information

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with occasional travel to meet with clients and stakeholders.

The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
