Global Freight Manager


Job Description

As a key member of our global logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and operating the shipment lifecycle of international freight. This involves maintaining operational excellence by understanding processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from purchase order issuance to delivery. You will execute shipments, mentor others, and maintain customer SOPs. Additionally, you will provide complex quotes, coach on pricing strategies, and facilitate relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
