Web Experience Owner

To drive the success of our offline-first farm management platform, we seek a Senior Flutter Web Developer to create exceptional user experiences for farmers and farm teams working in challenging real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform existing Flutter mobile screens into responsive web views that deliver seamless interactions.
  • Design and implement innovative web-only features that enhance the agOps360 platform's value proposition.
  • Establish best practices for Flutter web development across the team, ensuring high-quality, engaging user experiences.
  • Optimize performance, responsiveness, and offline functionality for web users, guaranteeing a reliable and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with design and backend teams to craft farmer-friendly experiences that meet their evolving needs.
  • Mentor other engineers on Flutter web techniques, fostering growth and expertise within the team.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of professional Flutter experience, with at least 2 years focused on production-ready Flutter Web applications.
  • Proven track record of shipping responsive Flutter apps that run smoothly across mobile and desktop browsers.
  • Strong understanding of Flutter's rendering model on the web, including performance pitfalls and effective workarounds.
  • Experience with state management (Bloc, Riverpod, etc.) and offline-first patterns (local databases, synchronization, caching).
  • Familiarity with Supabase, Drift, PowerSync, or comparable backend/data sync stacks.
  • Strong eye for UX and ability to identify when web users require different solutions than mobile users.
  • Ability to work independently and set technical direction, driving innovation and progress.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience leading a Flutter team or serving as the go-to person for web development.
  • Familiarity with authentication flows (OTP, passwordless, multi-tenant).
  • Experience in industries with rugged, offline requirements (agriculture, logistics, construction, etc.).
