As an Agile Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the work of our development team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily operations using agile project management tools like Jira.
- Facilitate sprints, meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Monitor and report progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on task status and completion.
- Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder team productivity.
- At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or Scrum Master roles within tech environments.
- Proven leadership skills with medium to large teams and multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Jira and other agile project management tools.
- A free day off for relaxation and rejuvenation.
