Taxation Specialist

We are looking for a fiscal intern to join our team.

This role will be based in Sorocaba, Brazil, and will support the activities of the tax planning team and fiscal department routines, in accordance with guidelines, standards, procedures, and quality and safety standards of the current legislation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the receipt of notifications in electronic environments of tax authorities (Receita Federal, Secretarias de Fazenda dos Estados and Prefeituras) and addressing the communication to the responsible;
• Controlling the deadlines of notifications and following up on the attendance of requests from the fisco;
• Supporting the tax team in the routines of verification of the fiscal regularity of the company's registrations;
• Consulting the legislation to support internal projects and departments.

To be considered, the candidate must have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge of the Office package;
• Communication and proactivity.
