We are seeking a skilled Product Development Leader to spearhead the creation and execution of innovative products that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop compelling product strategies and requirements definition (BRDs) to drive growth and improvement.
- Scope product releases and prioritize business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Identify and leverage client insights, internal innovation ideas, and market trends to inform new concepts.
- Conceptualize and plan product roadmaps to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Coordinate design and delivery of products or features to product release, serving as a product ambassador within user communities.
- 5-8 years of experience in product development or a related field.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Proven ability to work proactively and with attention to detail, along with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with product development methodologies and experience with end-to-end project delivery.
- Able to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory analysis.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
