As a seasoned Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and optimizing costs across direct materials. You will develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect categories (MRO, logistics, CAPEX).
- Strategic Sourcing:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect categories.
Negotiate contracts with local/global suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
- Cost Optimization:
- Analyze market trends and conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to implement cost-saving programs without compromising quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow and inventory control. Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Compliance & Process Improvement:
- Optimize procurement workflows through digital tools and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's/MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial sectors.
Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
