Project Lead - Special Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering complex projects for wind turbine maintenance. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing special projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide people towards achieving common goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and contractors.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects meet the required quality standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide people.
