Director of Consultant Operations

This senior team coordinator will be responsible for managing a team of consultants across various offices and practices, ensuring their scheduling and performance management are aligned with the company's goals. The successful candidate will be able to balance the needs of the business with the preferences and career goals of the consultants.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize performance management processes to engage consultants on development needs and areas for training
- Develop strong relationships with each consultant and become a trusted advisor
- Assist in directing consultants towards resources for career advice and professional growth
- Monitor work-life-quality issues and escalate when necessary
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced client services environment
- Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience is highly preferred
- Proven ability to establish and grow relationships at all levels within an organization
- Credible and professional communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail
