**Project Overview**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects aligned with Lloyd's Register Commercial Bid Notice. This role requires assisting in data collection, analysis, and presentation of reports as required to ensure high-quality work aligned to KPIs and agreed processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Delivering services to internal and external clients, including technical assistance to Project Managers as required in accordance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Supporting and assisting Project Managers with all aspects of the bid and tender development process, ensuring all bid support activities are completed on time to meet submission deadlines.
  • Monitoring budgets and overall service delivery for assigned projects through planning, cost, time, and quality control processes, including regular project and contract reviews, invoicing, project reporting, and close-out.
  • Supporting and coordinating deliverable development and carrying out reviews as necessary with senior team members or line managers before issuing to clients.

**Requirements:**

  • Solid knowledge of Power BI.
  • 1-3 years' experience in project management protocols, ideally working in project teams within the marine and offshore industry.
  • Adaptable and well-organized with a practical approach, able to work to tight deadlines, and take ownership of assigned work, completing to the expected level of quality.
  • Pragmatic, empathetic, and credible with clients, and possess a high standard of personal presentation with advanced reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in English.
