Security Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OT/IoT cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments.

About the Role:
  • The Security Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing OT/IoT cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments, working with ICS technologies and/or environments such as SCADA, DCS, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs, Engineering Workstations, Historians, etc.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with network architecture, infrastructure, firewalls, etc.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through proposals, points of view, and OT security program specifics.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time to client sites or other locations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in developing OT/IoT cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with ICS security solutions, such as Nozomi, Armis, Claroty, Fortinet, etc.
  • Knowledge of critical industrial network infrastructures and experience working with automation vendors like ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, Emerson, Yokogawa, etc.
  • Self-motivated and results-focused individual who can strengthen the team and its mission.
  • ISA/IEC-62443 Specialist, Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP), Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automation, Electronic, Electrical) or a correlated area.
