This is a unique opportunity to join our executive search team as a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top-tier leadership talent for our organization and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and leverage professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
- Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience recruiting for the US market.
- Experience working in remote environments.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent analytical and assessment skills.
- 100% remote work.
