About the Role

This pivotal role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with experience in banking, payments, FinTechs, and/or consulting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of open finance practices, regulations, and standards in Brazil and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for open finance solutions and partnerships in Brazil
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, and sales
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements, leveraging partner capabilities to deliver differentiated value
  • Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and partner SLAs; identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in banking, payments, FinTechs, and/or consulting
  • Knowledge of open finance practices, regulations, and standards in Brazil and beyond
  • Successful B2B product development and/or management experience
  • Experience in engaging with external customers (in a supporting a sales or relationship management role)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment without hands-on local direction
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and financial literacy
About You

The successful candidate will be an expert on relevant features, benefits, and customer needs, and will become a key member of the Mastercard Open Banking Global and Local Product team responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for the overall product portfolio.
