The Opportunity

Poatek is seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect to establish the design patterns and technology selections that will further enhance our industry-leading AI engine, ensuring it delivers flexibility, control, productivity, and trust to enterprises worldwide.

We are looking for a visionary architect to lead the development of our SaaS product, featuring a control plane for generative AI solutions combined with end-user application support. This platform integrates with custom and packaged generative AI applications, enterprise applications, cloud services, and backend enterprise systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the architecture and lead technical design of an enterprise B2B SaaS product, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across various systems and platforms.
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
  • Have a basic knowledge of the generative AI solution landscape.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile techniques for managing work, pairing, mobbing, and shift-left testing.
  • Experience owning the delivery of a complete SaaS that served enterprise users.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to break down complex problems around technology, business processes, user experience, and development tasks.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture and/or software development with a focus on SaaS with any AI experience a strong plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience developing or implementing API gateways, microservices architectures, and/or enterprise application integration solutions.
  • Experience architecting, designing, or developing AI-enabled software products.
  • Experience in customer experience, contact center, and/or customer self-service bot platforms.
