The Electrical Harness Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while adhering to industry standards and company requirements.
- Create detailed electrical harness designs, including BOM kits, formboards, wiring lists, plug maps, instructions sheets, jig & tools lists.
- Work closely with mechanical designers, manufacturing engineers, and S&A designers to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Manage deliverables to launch prototypes on time, ensuring proper storage after official release.
- Conduct thorough reviews of harness design deliverables and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate templates, updating them in case of modifications.
- Address FAQs and resolve identified issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the skill leader to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing electrical harness design capabilities.

- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate harness designs into overall project plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
