Senior Partner Growth Manager

Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing initiatives that drive promotion and awareness of Amazon Originals through third-party distribution partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement partner marketing campaigns that increase awareness and acquisition for Prime Video.
  • Leverage internal and external marketing channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Develop client-facing narratives that highlight the mutual benefits of partnering with Prime Video.
  • Lead senior-level distribution partner engagements and support quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to identify strategic partner roadmaps and optimize success.

Requirements:

  • Senior professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
  • Spanish fluency (written and verbal) is a plus.
