We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join our team in a collaborative environment. This role offers the chance to expand your ideas and contribute to the success of our IT services company.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Support service levels and availability of networking infrastructure, focusing on Cisco systems.
- Perform operation, configuration, and support activities for services components of Citrix Systems platform.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, including virtual desktops, applications, servers, load balancers, reverse proxies, and web application firewalls. Additionally, you will perform analysis of hardware requirements for software installation, test functionalities of new equipment, and prepare configuration and user guides or manuals.
Requirements:- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Engineering or technology degree in systems, telecommunications, computer science, or related fields.
- Experience in managing local area networks (wired/wireless) for over 2000 virtual/physical devices and extended datacenter supporting critical business environments.
- Cisco CCNA Certification.
- Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, testing, IMAC for access/border/core network for Cisco/HP Family.
- Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, SASE, Fortinet/Huawei, NSX/Virtualization network, Active Directory/RADIUS/802.1x/MFA authentication, and VMware NSX Certification.
