Entry-Level Nurse SpecialistThe primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality patient care in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to established standards and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Must possess current knowledge of nursing principles and practices, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients across various age groups.
- Reports directly to the Patient Care Director or Manager, working within a clean and well-ventilated environment that poses minimal risks to personal health.
- Requires strong physical stamina for emergency response situations, patient handling, and prolonged periods of activity, ensuring the ability to perform manual tasks within normal limits.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license and BLS certification
- Ability to obtain additional certifications (e.g. ACLS, PALS) within a six-month timeframe
This is an entry-level position that demands a solid foundation in nursing concepts and methodologies.
