Senior Developer: Automation Solutions


About the Role


We are seeking a skilled software developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our automation solutions. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop new features for process automation management, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and improve user experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and develop new features for process automation management.
  • Become an upstream contributor to KIE community projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and improve user experience.
  • Maintain future generation of Process Automation Manager features.
  • Contribute to the delivery of IBM Business Automation platform release cadence.
  • Promote excellent customer service through proactive technical communications and exchanges.

Required Technical Expertise


  • Software development experience in process and/or decision automation.
  • Proven expertise in Java development.
  • Knowledge of process automation and decision automation design-time and run-time technologies and standards.
  • Familiarity with test-driven development and unit testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with written publications evidence.
