About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Omega Project Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to ensure effective financial management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
• Manage the company's budgeting processes, including annual budgets and performance monitoring.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
• Prepare financial forecasts and projections to support business planning and strategy.
• Monitor and manage financial risks, including liabilities and investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, invoicing, and inventory management.
• Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead and develop the finance and inventory team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective communication with other departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or relevant role.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and financial management software, such as SAP.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
• CPA or ACCA qualifications are a plus.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
