As a Junior Service Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing mobile messaging solutions for diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the performance and coordination of Operator and Partner administration
  • Maintain ordering, deployment and on-going usage of messaging services for clients
  • Ownership of internal processes related to client orders and provisioning of inbound numbers or registered senders
  • Communication with stakeholders to detail requirements, changes and service modification
  • Keep up to date documentation on provisioned attributes with partners globally
  • Review current processes and look for quality and efficiency gains where possible
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of computer software and tools.
  • Experience in customer service field.
  • Effective research skills to support implementation efforts.
  • Demonstrated work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
  • Organized and methodical approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to maintain performance standards.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset to problem-solving.
  • Analytical thinking with a desire to comprehend process efficiencies.
  • Fluency in English (reading and writing) is essential; intermediate proficiency is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with web-based CRM or service desk applications (e.g., Salesforce, Atlassian Service Desk/JIRA).
  • Data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficient presentation skills.
