We are seeking an experienced SAP security expert to lead the development and implementation of our company's SAP security framework. This strategic role requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), hands-on experience in SAP security controls, and strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing security team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP security operations, including role-based access control, user provisioning, and system security projects. They should also have experience conducting and managing security audits, ensuring adherence to ITGC and regulatory standards, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external audit standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of SAP security architects, analysts, and developers responsible for user provisioning, role design and maintenance, and other key security initiatives.
  2. Oversee technical SAP security, including SAP EluxOne and various SAP cloud systems.
  3. Ensure ongoing compliance with SOC standards and relevant industry regulations.
  4. Lead internal and external security audits, perform SAP ITGC control gap analyses, and manage audit workflows.
  5. Design and implement new audit controls and support the delivery of audit data requirements and evidence.
  6. Review and approve critical object GRC workflows and elevated access requests.
  7. Monitor internal control systems to ensure proper access levels and clearance protocols within the SAP environment.
  8. Participate in SAP project go/no-go decisions to ensure security requirements are met.
  9. Maintain and continuously improve SAP security policies and procedures in line with evolving risks and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related areas.
  • Solid experience in SAP security operations, including role-based access control, user provisioning, and system security projects.
  • Strong background in compliance management, audits, and SAP GRC frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting and managing security audits and ensuring adherence to ITGC and regulatory standards.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve complex security challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and within cross-functional teams.
