Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee the administrative support and non-clinical operations of our agency. This individual will ensure that all duties are performed in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.

  • Oversee and coordinate the administrative support and non-clinical operations of the agency.
  • Maintain contracts, binders, and HR/medical files for all agency employees and contract staff in accordance with policy and applicable regulations.
  • Review, reconcile, and submit invoices to Home Office in accordance with LHC Group policy.
  • Perform and/or manage billing audits per policy and follow up with corrections.
  • Manage clerical staff and all non-clinical workflow and processes in the office.

This role requires strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is also necessary. Additionally, this position demands ability to work independently and possess strong process and people leadership abilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience or 3 years of experience in an office administration role.
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong process and people leadership abilities.

Candidates who possess payroll experience, supply management, and basic financial knowledge will be considered as preferred.
