Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Client Marketing team in Brazil. As part of this role, you'll drive the marketing agenda with major partners, focusing on delivering best-in-class strategies and execution.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and key marketing projects for major clients.
  • Collaborate with agencies and partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing activities.
  • Facilitate project meetings and track deliverables, ensuring alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor the implementation and ongoing results of all marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary interface between internal teams (account executives, product teams, analytics) and external partners (issuers, agencies).

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong results orientation, and proven leadership experience. You'll need to demonstrate the ability to quickly understand the steps required for flawless execution and drive teams toward successful project delivery.
