Job Overview

As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to maintain their independence. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily life activities as outlined in their care plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Emphasize the importance of independent living philosophy and encourage clients to take ownership of their lives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information by adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform instrumental activities of daily living as specified in the client's Plan of Care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively collaborate with Client Care Managers. Certification as a Nurse Aide is preferred but not required.
