Quality Development Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our quality team as a trainee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in maintaining high-quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Update quality indicators and support the team in achieving quality goals;
• Assist in evaluating and disposing of non-conforming items, including quarantine management;
• Prepare presentations for regular meetings and update relevant reports;
• Acknowledge and monitor pending actions (2nd Level, Gemba, Critical Analysis, 8D, etc);
• Participate in quality projects (A3, YB, GB);
• Support the monitoring of Danfoss performance on customer portals;
• Assist in developing PPAPs and inspection layouts;
• Collaborate with laboratory teams for chemical and physical analysis;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree;
• Availability for on-site training;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Power BI;
• Intermediate-level English language skills;
• Excellent communication, analytical, and proactive skills;
