Senior Technical Product Manager - Treasury

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of Treasury solutions. As a key member of the Corporate Business Technology (CBT) team, you will be responsible for managing the vision and priorities of projects and enhancements on Treasury platforms, including SAP ECC/S4, JAVA, and SWIFT technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Treasury solutions, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, ensuring maximum ROI and business value.
  3. Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and negotiate project scope and timelines.
  4. Lead the development and implementation of Treasury solutions, ensuring alignment with global strategies and solutions.
  5. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, contractors, and vendors.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  2. 10+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining Treasury solutions, including SAP, SWIFT, and other technologies.
  3. Experience with S/4 HANA implementation for Finance.
  4. 3+ years of people management experience.
  5. Experience in managing matrix-based project teams, including internal resources and contractors.
  6. Experience in managing complex global projects, processes, and systems.
  7. Business case/value case management experience.
  8. Hands-on disciplined project management skills.
  9. Experience with software validation in regulated environments.
  10. Working knowledge of core application development principles and SDLC methodology.
  11. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage work in accordance with full system lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to production deployment.
  12. Hands-on experience supporting an application portfolio (post-launch).
  13. Proficiency in explaining technologies effectively to customers, communicating technical concepts in non-technical terms.
  14. Experience in agile/agile scrum methodology.
  15. Experience with agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  16. Hands-on understanding of Design Principles (User Interface and Business Process Mapping).
  17. Ability to operate independently and interface with senior business leaders.
  18. Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal.
  19. Self-starter with strong teamwork abilities and customer service skills.
  20. Extreme focus, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality solutions.
  21. Strong background and experience in virtualization, network, and other technologies.
  22. Prior experience in supporting global operations and following Enterprise level process frameworks such as ITIL.
