As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations for home care providers. Your mission is to create user-centered designs that enhance the lives of seniors and veterans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Ensure the user interface is consistent, intuitive, and accessible across various platforms and devices.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in user research, usability testing, strong visual design skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of best practices for user interface design, including responsive design and accessibility.
- Excellent understanding of front-end development frameworks and technologies.
