Job Title: Multi-Program Specialist

This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to provide home and community based services for youth and adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals in developing essential skills for employment, securing jobs aligned with interests, and maintaining long-term success.
  • Offer habilitation and companion services to help individuals achieve greater independence.
  • Supervise and guide youth and families in out-of-school time Advocate programs, ensuring positive engagement in community and school-based activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Preferred degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of paid or volunteer experience working with youth and/or adults.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities providing support.
  • Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems is a plus.
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Speaking is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage required.
