Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization? Amazon's Brazil team is on the lookout for a skilled Program Manager to collaborate closely with the Retail Vendor Recruitment (RVR) team, assisting our vendors in successfully accelerating their growth within Amazon.

The primary goal of the RVR team is to engage with leading brands in the market and initiate partnerships that enable vendors to thrive on Amazon, thereby enhancing their opportunities within the Amazon Store.

The RVR team is structured around three key programs: Onboarding Excellence, Holdout, and Distributors. This structure is designed to ensure greater efficiency and agility in establishing vendor partnerships.

  • Onboarding Excellence: Responsible for onboarding longtail vendors to the Amazon platform.
  • Holdout: Focused on building relationships with strategic brands that require extended negotiation periods.
  • DIST (Distributors): Aims to enhance availability through improved management of key T2 Distributors and the implementation of scalable mechanisms to ensure profitability while mitigating business impact.

At Amazon Brazil, we prioritize Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across all job roles. We are committed to fostering an internal environment that reflects the diversity of the markets we serve and the customers we engage with.

Our DEI squad comprises representatives from various roles and areas, recognizing that diverse perspectives and experiences are essential to this agenda.

Our leadership is dedicated to embodying our leadership principles, striving to be 'Earth's Best Employer'. We acknowledge our responsibility for change and understand that 'Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility'.

Our affinity groups, formed by volunteers from different business sectors, play an active role in shaping our DEI strategies and serve as ambassadors for this initiative, supporting you from Day 1. Remember, at Amazon, 'It's always Day 1'.

Our groups are organized into the following categories:
  • BEN - Black Employee Network
  • Glamazon (LGBTQIA+)
  • People With Disabilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with team leads to scale the RVR business.
  • Design and implement reporting systems for RVR programs.
  • Structure and enhance vendor/account-facing processes for Account Managers, emphasizing efficiency.

  • Analyze performance data to establish performance and learning objectives that yield expected business outcomes.

A typical day in this role involves working closely with RVR and selection teams to plan and develop scalable reporting and processes, with a focus on efficiency in scaling the selection within the Amazon Store. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and other central teams in Brazil, providing insights to business teams and driving decision-making.

Additionally, you will build self-service reporting platforms and establish automated processes for large-scale data analysis.
