We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to drive our business transformation agenda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs/projects, focusing on digital commercial transformation initiatives.

Your primary objectives include:

  • Leading B2B strategic and global multi-functional programs/projects, focusing on DIGITAL Commercial transformation programs
  • Key and active communication with LatAm and Global teams to articulate and promote digital implementation
  • Foster an environment where team members feel comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification

You will have the opportunity to drive our B2B transformation agenda along senior management, putting eGTM strategy into action. Your scope will consist of:

  • Drive our B2B transformation agenda along senior management, putting eGTM strategy into action
  • B2B Program/project management: Strong project management skills to plan, organize, and execute digital initiatives effectively
  • Lead eGTM multi-functional team (Director, Manager, team member) to develop detailed eGTM implementation plan for all initiatives
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Financial management: Manage the budget for the digital program
  • Vendor management: Coordinate execution plan with vendors and manage relationships to ensure the delivery of contracted services
  • eGTM Trainings / Change Management: Support change management processes to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience and track record in cross-functional program/project management required
  • Program/Project and process management: able to leverage a strong toolkit and broad repertoire of techniques and tools for effectively managing critical initiatives
  • Problem solving: structured thinker with ability to define key problems to be solved, driving decision-making with a clear understanding of key business value drivers
  • Communicating with impact: excellent verbal and written communications capabilities, able to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of change management that is a crucial aspect of any organizational transformation
  • Making it happen: strong ability to translate strategic recommendations into implementation workplans connecting to organizational capabilities and constraints
  • Leading the agenda: deep leadership and influence skills along senior leaders, including the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Understanding key business metrics and financial implications of strategic decisions
  • Managing the organization: operates efficiently and effectively in a matrixed environment, demonstrating effective collaboration across multiple layers, within and among teams
