Senior Billing Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Billing Operations Analyst to join CAF s Business Operations team and manage the operational tasks required for the invoicing process at CAF.

This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations, and it offers a pathway for career growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, audit, and update pricing and contracted services for CAF s customers across all billing systems;
  • Review usage reports monthly to identify and resolve discrepancies between internal systems;
  • Manage internal controls to minimize billing errors;
  • Oversee the entire billing process, including the registration of usage, updates to commercial conditions, and the operationalization of one-time charges and discounts;
  • Conduct pricing and product margin analysis.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English is required;
  • Experience with internal/external auditing and/or quality control is required;
  • Background in financial areas such as accounting or controllership is required;
  • Experience with B2B billing processes is required;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is required;
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
